1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tikeet. By accessing or using our event management and ticketing platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including event organizers, attendees, and visitors. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Services

Tikeet provides an event management and ticketing platform that enables:

• Event organizers to create, manage, and promote events
• Generation and distribution of digital tickets with QR codes
• Attendee registration and check-in management
• Payment processing for ticket purchases
• Analytics and reporting for event performance
• Communication tools between organizers and attendees

3. User Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an organizer account. Attendees under 18 may register for events with parental consent where applicable.

4. Event Organizers

4.1 Responsibilities

As an event organizer using Tikeet, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete event information
• Ensure your events comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Honor all tickets sold through the platform
• Communicate any event changes or cancellations promptly
• Handle attendee data in accordance with privacy laws
• Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

4.2 Event Content

You are solely responsible for all content related to your events, including descriptions, images, and promotional materials. Tikeet does not endorse any events or guarantee their quality or safety.

5. Attendees

5.1 Ticket Purchase

When purchasing tickets through Tikeet, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and payment information
• Review event details, including date, time, and location
• Understand the organizer's refund and cancellation policies
• Keep your ticket/QR code secure and not share it publicly
• Present valid identification if required by the organizer

5.2 Ticket Validity

Each ticket is valid for single use only. Attempting to use a ticket multiple times or sharing tickets may result in denial of entry without refund.

6. Payments & Refunds

6.1 Payment Methods

Tikeet supports various payment methods including:

• Cash payment at venue
• Bank transfer
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa
• Other methods as specified by event organizers

6.2 Refund Policy

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Tikeet acts as a platform and does not directly handle refunds. Please contact the event organizer for refund requests.

6.3 Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, attendees will be entitled to a refund as determined by the organizer's cancellation policy. Tikeet will facilitate communication but is not responsible for processing refunds.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Tikeet, you consent to:

• Collection of information necessary for event registration
• Sharing of attendee information with event organizers
• Use of data for service improvement and analytics
• Communication regarding your registrations and events

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Create fake events or engage in fraudulent activities
• Scalp or resell tickets above face value
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Collect user data without authorization
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Violate intellectual property rights

9. Limitation of Liability

Tikeet provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding:

• The quality, safety, or legality of events
• The accuracy of event information provided by organizers
• The ability of organizers to deliver their events
• Uninterrupted or error-free service operation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tikeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

The Tikeet name, logo, and all related graphics, software, and content are the property of OptiwebOpz and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
